About these terms
These terms govern your use of ClosedMCP, operated by CanpAI, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using ClosedMCP
You may use ClosedMCP only in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Keep your account and connection credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you authorize in your workspace.
Do not use the service to violate others' rights, access systems without permission, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, or bypass its access controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of the projects, files, and other content you submit. You give CanpAI, Inc. permission to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit it.
Third-party services
ClosedMCP lets you connect AI apps and third-party MCP services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for having permission to connect them.
Service and liability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service. To the extent allowed by law, ClosedMCP is provided as is, without warranties, including warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
To the extent allowed by law, CanpAI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Ending use and governing law
You may stop using ClosedMCP at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders. Continuing to use ClosedMCP after a change means you accept the updated terms.
